The cashier was great assisting us with our selection. The food, the new option, was excellent.

I am never going to this Arby's location again. Manager told me to pull up and wait. I was there for 30 minutes for 2 items. I... got my money back, but that is terrible service. She insisted that she 'would have fresh food prepared for me.' I hope so, Idon't want to wait 30 minutes for food prepared 2 weeks ago. Not at all impressed with this Arby's. The guy started to take my order but then left to go outside to look at a customer's... motorbike. There were no straws so I had to go back to the counter for some. Then I noticed there were no napkins so I went backto the counter for some and no one ever paid attention to me. The music was too loud and it was very chilly in there so we justleft and ate in the car and used napkins we had in the car. Read more
The staff was awesome and the food was extraordinary... I had their new honey Buffalo boneless wings and they were way better... than I expected and I expected them to be good. They were crispy and fresh with plenty of sauce (they didn't skimp but it wasn'tto much) They were better than Applebee's and half the price. I will be back tomorrow and the next day and the day after thatand probably the next. My only complaint is that they didn't come out with these sooner. I love u Arby's PLEASE MAKE THEMPERMANENT!!!!
