Customer service isn?t even in these employees vocabulary. I placed an online order 10 minutes before getting to the location... and then had to wait 29 minutes inside for an iced tea. This isn?t the first time it?s happened. Having worked behind thatcounter I know there?s no excuse. After asking one of employees I was told ?it?s coming up? I then waited another 10 minutes forsomeone to clock into their shift and I watched them make my drink in less than 30 seconds. The Starbucks in Target would never. Read more

This place is disgraceful!!!!. waited in line for 25 minutes mid day on a weekend. When I finally got to the window the employee... who looked like Ronald Mcdonald with the over lined shiny lipstick and badly dyed red hair with the grown out roots. She had themost unbelievably sarcastic and rude attitude when I asked what was taking so long she responded with its the busiest day of theyear $8.80 please and rolled her eyes. There was no specials going on it was not a holiday or anything so I would love to knowwho told her it was the busiest day of the year. Customer service was disgusting. I only have one order at Starbucks and I realized driving away that it didn?t taste right so I... came back and asked them to remake it and explained that it was very bitter and requested if they could remake the drink andthey gave me very bad attitude over the whole situation. It's like they put everyone with the worst attitude on one shift. Nobody said hi to any customers, let alone a smile. I can... understand being busy, but it's just an easy gesture to smile or say hi. Working on a final paper and decided to come to this new location to get some work done. The music was a little loud but I... brought headphones to maintain focus. Inside is quite spacious and seating was distant enough to feel like you had room tobreathe but still close enough to communicate with someone at the next table. Bathroom was clean and as well as the rest of thestore. There is outdoor seating that?s enclosed for when the weather gets nicer as well. The menu is the full Starbucks menu forthe most part and while they didn?t have any feta and spinach wraps they did have the bites and pretty much everything else instock. I can?t speak for the other reviews but I think this location accomplishes what it set out to do and it?s easy to get to. Read more
Horrible new spot! I am disappointed because I was anxiously waiting for them to open. I pulled up at about 5pm for 2 decafs I... was told that they don?t brew decaf at that hour that I would have to have a pour over. I had no idea what they were talkingabout it was explained to me that they pour hot water over grinds which is like an instant coffee this was after I paid..so $14for instant coffee that I waited about 15 minutes for?really inconvenient spot the way they designed it to come in and pull outwithout getting into a car accident and I have to say for a new place they should make decaffeinated coffee at 5 o?clock even abit later..you are a coffee franchise, not a chicken spot!! I can?t see why they wouldn?t want too, McDonald?s will make itfresh for you while you wait at any hour.
