Customer service isn?t even in these employees vocabulary. I placed an online order 10 minutes before getting to the location... and then had to wait 29 minutes inside for an iced tea. This isn?t the first time it?s happened. Having worked behind thatcounter I know there?s no excuse. After asking one of employees I was told ?it?s coming up? This place is disgraceful!!!!. waited in line for 25 minutes mid day on a weekend. When I finally got to the window the employee... who looked like Ronald Mcdonald with the over lined shiny lipstick and badly dyed red hair with the grown out roots. She had themost unbelievably sarcastic and rude attitude when I asked what was taking so long she responded with its the busiest day of theyear $8.80 please and rolled her eyes. There was no specials going on it was not a holiday or anything so I would love to knowwho told her it was the busiest day of the year. Customer service was disgusting. I only have one order at Starbucks and I realized driving away that it didn?t taste right so I... came back and asked them to remake it and explained that it was very bitter and requested if they could remake the drink andthey gave me very bad attitude over the whole situation.
