I expect near perfection from a franchised restaurant like McDonald's. This location fails to meet that standard. The staff... constantly speaks too quickly and/or mumbles, they mess up orders, and they're slower than I've ever seen at a McDonald's. Read more
Horrendous customer service. Let me be specific. The ladies at the pickup window inside DO NOT TELL YOU WHEN THE ORDER IS READY,... you have to keep asking every 1 minute because they literally forget to tell you the order is ready, and it just sits theretucked away on the their side for 20 or more minutes while we wait pointlessly for an already completed order. Just went back here after months of closure due to the new renovations. This McDonalds seems to have done an about-face in a... positive way. Every employee was working hard, everyone was kind, constantly helping customers, cleaning, etc. One employee evencame over to throw away my garbage as if I was at the Diner. The Chicken came out piping hot, and tasty. The fries were hot,salty and excellent. What's even more unique is that they have a ketchup and condiment bar that McDonald's typically don't putout in the dining room. Overall very pleased by my visit, will be here again Read more
Ordered a simple McFlurry MUTLIPLE times and they never put enough Oreos in or mix it right??? Literally just a vanilla flurry... at that point. Please put more Oreos and mix it in well ?thank you. Read more
