I?d post no star if possible. After years of being an occasional customer, I am disgusted w Mr. Sausage. I stopped in to let... them know about problems with a purchase I made and the ?boss? (owner?) walked away from me, yelled at me and accused me oflying and trying to scam him. I spent over $80 buying snacks to take out on a friend?s boat. When I cut the fresh mozzarella, itseemed a little dry but when layered w tomatoes, it was acceptable. Once on the boat, however, we opened the cookies and foundthem to be rancid! I thought given those two concerns, I would stop in to tell them. I can?t recall any other time or placesomeone has been so totally obnoxious!! So, if you must shop there, check your purchases carefully. Don?t buy the importedcookies since he did not care to have me tell him which ones were a problem. There is another Italian deli right down the roadand nothing Mr Sausage sells justifies these sub par products or horrible behavior. Read more

I don't usually write bad reviews but for this case, I have no other option. I called the store to place a order on Thursday for... a Sunday catering delivery. The delivery time was for 1:30 pm on Sunday, the location is 3.1 miles from my home where the foodis being delivered. On Saturday I received 2 separate calls to reoder what I had ordered on Thursday because the person who tookmy call on Thursday was "new" and didn't write my order down correctly. I was hosting a party at my house with hungry guestswaiting. At around 2pm on Sunday the food had still not arrived, we called in to ask and was told the delivery had went out 10minutes earlier. We made another call at 230pm and again at 250pm, and we were told different stories of why our food was nothere, they said the driver got pulled over. At 304 pm the food had finally arrived, all of it was cold. No apology for beingalmost 2 hours late on a delivery that was 3.1 miles (8 minutes) from my home. I would not recommend this venue for any one.Terrible customer service, unorganized and still charged me full for cold soggy food. Read more
