if i could give zero stars i would. our waitress Dawn was terrible. i have heard this from so many people before but i got to... first hand experience it tonight. she was so rude. she was complaining about her tips and her money all night and she rolled hereyes at everything i ordered. not only this, but she was talking bad about employees that work there and saying she wantednothing to do with anyone. she should have kept that to herself. she also just threw our plates on our table at the front of thetable and didn?t care about who got what item. she should not be in the service industry and i am surprised she?s still therehonestly. like i said i have heard how horrible she was before and reading other reviews, others are complaining about her too.i have never even written a review before but i had to for this. there needs to be changes. This Applebees gets 1/5 and deserves a -1/5 for my waitress dawn alone. It?s comical that I?m going to write this review and... this Applebees will do nothing about it. How can an employee talk so bad about her trainee and talking about how she doesn?twant to train her? Talk about eating your young! Also, Dawn complained more about not getting tips than actually taking care ofus or the other table she had. It?s just getting ridiculous at this point that any waitress complaint on here includes dawn andthis Applebees continues to ignore it. We celebrated Veterans day here. Applebees graciously offered All Veterans a free meal. I must say that is HUGE these days. So... thank you Applebees and most of All Thank you Veterans. Read more
We went to Applebees on Veterans Day, We heard our waiter Dawn (blonde hair older lady) complaining none of the veterans wanted... to tip her, she was saying this to another customer! The worst thing is there was a veteran couple in the table just ahead ofwhere she was complaining, extremely rude in my opinion and her service was sub-par at best. Read more
We stopped on our way to pick up a truck. Seemed to take a while for the food. Food was fine. Our waitress never came back... to check on us. Not real busy while we were. Read more
A bit disappointed. Service was lackluster at best. The chips served with starters were terribly stale. Waitresses were... communicating by yelling across the restaurant at one another. While my meal was ok at best my husbands meal was left largelyuneaten. After a long day of travel we had hoped for a better overall experience. Read more
Food was very good & so were the drinks. Servers were right on top of it! This is a very good one to visit!!
Food was not good. Bar staff was loud. Had a mixed drink that was terrible. On the bright side, our waitress was great.
