Pleasantly surprised I must say. I went when not really any cards so was expecting my food to be cold but it was actually nice... and hot and they answered drive thru alpt quicker then other locations and didn't have to wait more then a minute for food. Went through drive-thru for lunch. I asked for a six piece chicken finger platter and only received four. I was not asked if I... wanted extra toast or fries, and got coleslaw instead. I am allergic. Lady at the window was EXTREMELY rude. Everytime I said"thank you" she did not say anything back. I asked for extra sauce and she said "you're going to have to pay for it." I used to love Zaxby's. I went often to Monroe branch, then Mint Hill went twice and the secind time, I remembered why I hadn't... gone back. I tried once more at Huntersville and I got disappointed again. Mediocre food (too salty and even blue cheese was notgood), mediocre service (not even a plastic fork to eat fries). The restaurant was clean. I paid about $14 with no drink. Tooexpensive for the quality. I hope they go back to what it used to be. Read more

They charge 3$ for a cup of tap water. they messed up our orders and were extremely rude. this is the third time i have... experienced this type of treatment from this specific location. overall do not recommend coming here. food was soggy and coldand service was horrible. Read more

Bug in my food. Told the manager she said their lettuce is pre packaged and they don?t hand prep it anymore. She gave me a... refund for just the salad. I had more food that I didn?t care to continue to eat after finding a bug in my food. I asked her fora full refund. She gave me the refund and and was respectful. But that was a horrible experience. Not bad for the price. 2 combos, two additional side (fried mushrooms and fries cheese bites). 2 drinks not pictured. 22... bucks. Higher quality sides for sure. Good chicken. I want to try the salad next. Read more
