Went through drive-thru for lunch. I asked for a six piece chicken finger platter and only received four. I was not asked if I... wanted extra toast or fries, and got coleslaw instead. I am allergic. Lady at the window was EXTREMELY rude. Everytime I said"thank you" she did not say anything back. I asked for extra sauce and she said "you're going to have to pay for it." I used to love Zaxby's. I went often to Monroe branch, then Mint Hill went twice and the secind time, I remembered why I hadn't... gone back. I tried once more at Huntersville and I got disappointed again. Mediocre food (too salty and even blue cheese was notgood), mediocre service (not even a plastic fork to eat fries). The restaurant was clean. I paid about $14 with no drink. Tooexpensive for the quality. I hope they go back to what it used to be. Read more
