Just spent 45 minutes in the drive thru line on A Sunday afternoon. Ordered a biggie bag. Also asked to purchase the frosty... coupon book for Halloween. Staff were unfamiliar with these books. Had zero idea what I was talking about. Paid for my meal andwas told no receipts could be printed. Got my meal without condiments. No sauce for my nuggets, no ketchup and no napkins. WhenI opened my double stack.. it was a completely different sandwich than what I had ordered... Literally watching irritatedcustomers pull out of line left and right because of the long wait . If I could give this negative stars, I would. I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes before I left. There were 4 cars ahead of... me when I pulled into the drive thru. The line started to move slowly until 15 minutes into the wait. The car in front of me waswaiting for 15 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE THEIR ORDER. This is absolutely ridiculous. I left after waiting for 15 minutes forthe car in front of me to have their order taken because the 2 cars in front of them were still waiting for their food, so whybother wait another 20-30 minutes for my order? Absolutely infuriating to be waiting that long for FAST FOOD. Unacceptable.Avoid this place probably all day, especially at night. Read more
Normally, I hate going to Wendy?s because I sit in line forever, my order gets screwed up, they never give me a receipt? BUT... THIS ONE? my kids wanted to get a frosty and I had a coupon so I figured why not. The line moved faster than I have ever seen,my picky kids? burgers were correct, the fries were hot and crispy, and I actually got my receipt without having to ask for it!I kid you not that has never happened at Wendy?s for me. And they were so nice (insert crying face here) I normal tell my kids idon?t want to go to Wendy?s because they are ghetto but this one was AMAZING. Read more

Used to love this Wendy?s but now NO! Asked for a sweet tea no ice, got unsweet with no ice. Asked for a Carolina classic with... cheese. Haha no cheese. What?s so hard about getting an order correct. Hateful talking employees. No smiles no nothing. Read more
This visit was okay. I ordered the baconator fries, but the way it's served now is not appetizing. The fries had the cheese... sauce on but they just put two whole strips of bacon on top instead of the bacon crumbled. I don't know if this is how it'susually served now, or because it was late at night and the line was long. It was definitely not how it used to be served. Went in for lunch today, Thursday, and also to let them know about my order on Tuesday being incorrect. Tuesday I went inside... to order as I feel that it will be done correctly inside; but I arrived home to find my chicken asiago sandwich was a singleburger. I explained it to be manager, not really expecting anything. But her rudely spoken comment, "you should have checkedthe bag before you left the store" made me leave with promising myself that I'd will not be going back. Read more
