I have eaten at this Subway location twice now and both times my sub has been prepared exactly to my liking and the staff has... been cordial enough (even though not overly friendly). I'm at this location fairly often, and I think it's well. The manager and even some of the employees remember the regulars and... have the sandwich already started before it's ordered. The girls that are there when I am always offer me and smile. And thelight joking atmosphere that the manager and employees attempt to have with the customers is refreshing. I have been going to this Subway for a vey long time, but today I was very disappointed in the Manager. She had an older male... customer before me and he was very rude to her in my eyes. I greet her with a happy smile and asking about her day and so on.This time when I order my sandwich she didn?t do my sandwich right and even when I told her that I didn?t want my sandwich thatway she just ignored me. She has never treated me this way but I tried to understand how she felt but I didn?t deserve what shedid to me or my sandwich. Just got a terrible experience in this location, what?s happening with subway in this location; Subway has great sandwiches but... horrible customer service; it?s like we got there to take food for free and they are acting like they?re doing a favor to thecustomer. The punk girl behind the line has a very bad attitude; it?s like she don?t want to be there, fine look for another jobif customers irritated you. But you cannot work in a place with customers if you aré incapable of at least greets and smile tothe people. This girl is in the wrong place, Subway have to be more cautious when they are hiring people. At the end The lineservers are the face of the brand and subjects like this punk girl will give you a terrible image.
