The door says Open at 7am, online says open at 9am 9:05 and no one in sight. Two people pulled in and had online orders that... they accepted but no one is in the store. Update, kid showed up at 910, took him 25 mins to "open" the store. Read more
Place does a good job making the smoothies but there's always a long wait in line if you dont order ahead. Made the mistake of... not doing mobile order today and waited in line w several other customers who were also getting impatient and upset as wewatched more mobile orders come through on the printer and workers standing around as they were making the backlog and nottaking any orders of those there standing in line. I understand mobile orders take priority, but seems like a backwards way ofmaking things more efficient for those waiting in person. Also some workers were painfully slow, maybe training is having arough go of it these days. The 3 stars is for getting the smoothies right and apologizing for the wait. Read more

When I went to smoothie king I was in awe of how amazing the smoothie was and the costumer service that went along with it. The... people were smiling and happy to be serving me smoothies. I don?t want to go anywhere else now because of the experience thatwas shined on everyone involved. Over this school year, this has been the go-to spot for me and my brother after school. However, the past few months have been... really hit or miss. Sometimes the smoothies are awesome and I can't wait to go back. Other times, like today, the smoothies havebeen very low quality. Today was the last straw in us deciding to go to the other Smoothie King in Huntersville. I understandeveryone has bad days as I was a hostess and wasn't happy every time I worked. But the woman in flannel who took our order andmade our smoothies looked like she wasn't even trying, and we could tell with the quality of our smoothies. Mine was very wateryand did not taste good, but I can usually deal with this as I have had watery smoothies from this location before. However, mybrother found multiple fiber-like things (shown in picture) in his smoothie that he had to pull out of his mouth while drinking,which hasn't happened before today. This was probably just a mistake and maybe it's a misunderstanding, but it made both of uslose our appetites and throw both of our smoothies away after spending almost $15 on them with a tip that I am now regretting. Iam giving three stars because I know that a good portion of the staff here are really great and have made some of my pastexperiences here very enjoyable. I think it's just a few people who maybe need to be retaught on how to make the smoothies. Buttoday has made me annoyed enough to write this Google review and not want to go back. Read more
