I was waited on with grumpy customer service. After meals were prepared Togo I left with my daughter. When we were home I went... to take out the meals and they forgot a meal. I called to let them know - the gentleman on the phone said they would refund mycard. I gave him receipt information and it has been 2 weeks and no refund. The gentleman basically rushed me off phone so Ifigured the refund would not happen. Pick a different location. I do not recommend this one. Service was awful. Read more
I had a great experience and wanted to share. I ordered pickup, but really didn?t want to come in because I wasn?t feeling well.... I called when I arrived and explained that I wasn?t feeling well, and could they bring it out. Lace was very helpful and verysweet and made sure my order was perfect and came out quickly. Just ordered pick up and got home to a few mistakes on the order. I was frustrated and called to speak with the manager. He... listened to my issues and quickly responded. Rather than losing a customer he just gained my loyalty. I realize that is atough business and he corrected the situation. I?m impressed. Read more
This location used to be so great. The past few times I?ve been it?s taken 30+ minutes for soup and a grilled cheese. It never... took that long before. Not to mention, the staff working the window/pick up area are not the nicest. They don?t communicate andeven after my buzzer went off I was standing there for 10 minutes still waiting. When I asked if something was mine the workeron my side asked the person in the kitchen what the name on the ticket was for and he said ?idk you should have the tickets? soI was left awkwardly standing there and was told to ?just take it.? Industry Worker here: I am so lenient and chill when it comes to being served anywhere! But to be freaking hungry, trying to... grab a bite to go and to have almost every staff member walk past you without one single eye contact moment really sucks.Fifteen minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I was waiting to be helped. We relocated from Michigan and Panera has always been our go to for a trustworthy meal. I know that when I give my family Panera... we?re eating good ingredients. This location is close to Davidson so we frequently pop up and our son uses the mobile app often.The employees here are just so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this location. I wish I had taken pics of the lasttime I ordered food. I love the soup in the bread bowl. Sandwiches are always so good, don?t forget to add a couple pickles onthe side. For those of you that love a good deal, look into the unlimited coffee. And those treats, oh my! Read more
The food was good: soup was hot and the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich was absolutely delicious. The bread was very soft and... fresh! We had been told that there were not any cucumbers and they were on our sandwiches anyway. I was sad to see the "pride"t-shirt on the person taking our order so I'm not sure that I will return.
