We usually enjoy Panda Express but the attitudes at this location can cause the experience to not be enjoyable. On top of that... this is the third time they have shortened the quantity of our spring rolls!!! We order a large frequently, which should have 12rolls & once again they have only given us 8 spring rolls. My husband did not have time to check our order & we did not noticeuntil we had left + we live a distance away & it would cost us even more to return for our missing rolls. We spend $40-50 eachtime we go here, not including gas so this is no cheap trip for us. Their attitude when they mess up our orders are nonchalant &inconsiderate. We have not been reimbursed or offered anything for this repeated inconvenience. If we decide to return, we willdefinitely be checking our orders in store & asking for the manager (if the manager even cares). Businesses have gone sodownhill from the way they used to operate, it?s sad! Update: While eating our super greens we found this ???? So amongsteverything else, it also appears that they don?t wash their veggies!!! Read more
Went with my partner for dinner, noticed odd signage that a medium drink was the same price as a small. Proceeded to ask for a... medium drink and it rang up at a different price ($2.30 for a medium) than picture posted. So I asked the employee if there wasan issue compared to their signage. He didn?t have a response, to which manager on duty proceeded to intervene and ended uptelling me I was wrong and that he ?couldn?t see what I was referring to.? Which I pointed out how confusing it was, didn?t wantto argue over a change difference but rather their signage being wrong. I?ve never experienced bad customer service toattempting to lie and tell the customer their wrong about something so small. Please do better! Read more
I love this Panda Express because everything is so fresh and delicious but lately it?s been a female who?s been taking orders,... My boyfriend and I ordered a bigger plate and asked for noodles then super greens. She took the noodles from out of our platesand placed it back in the bowl with the rest, she also gave use nothing but broccoli instead of actual super greens?instead ofher telling us there was no more walnut shrimp she decided to just put any kind of meat on our plate and that?s when we left?shewas very rude but we still proceeded to order 4 egg rolls. She told us an online order already purchased those egg rolls so shecouldn?t help us. please train your employees better. Read more

Panda Express ???? is awesome. August 8 2022 update. Lost two stars Ordered a two protein plate; walnut shrimp and orange... chicken with noodles. The noodles were very gummy. Not cooked properly. Walnut shrimp actually contained only one piece ofwalnut. LOL. Shrimp had little to no flavor. Orange chicken was super sour. Strong flavor just not what was expected. Not sureit is worth trying again. 2020 original review?.They are Covid ready with a remote ordering table with preset menu. Quicklytake your order. They struggle with cash. Called in a take out. First time doing business with these folks. When I arrived for pick up, I was impressed with the neatness... of the inside and cordial staff. Very good food and very ample portions. Read more
Food was hot, fresh and tasty for "Mall style" Chinese food. Only reason I cannot give them 5 stars is my order was not ready on... time. I ordered through their app for pickup and was given a pick up time about 20 minutes later. When I got to the restaurant10 minutes beyond that it still wasn't ready, in fact it hadn't even been started it turns out. Needless to say I wasdisappointed but the food once ready was piping hot and fresh. Read more
Great food and friendly and helpful staff. Soda fountain is always a bit of a mess and I never see anyone cleaning in the dining... room but it's fine. Will be back repeatedly for the food and customer service. Read more
