Anytime, I place a curbside order at this location, I NEVER receive my order curbside. I always have to GO INSIDE the store to... pick up my CURBSIDE order. There is a sign placed outside of the building that instructs the customer to call the store to letthem know you have arrived along with your vehicle make. This location hardly answers the phone. On my last visit, I was toldmy curbside order would be brought to my vehicle. I waited 12 minutes and no one brought my order out. I had to once again goinside to pick up my curbside order that was just sitting on the counter. I was offered no apology for the inconvenience. Thelarger burrito sizes are equivalent to kid portions. Thank You! A huge thank you to Moe's fr providing lunch for my staff on World Teacher's Day! The staff truly enjoyed the lunch... as was able to help themselves to second's and even thirds! I live in the community behind this Moes and stop by a lot. The past two years have been a little rough at this location, I?ve... noticed a lot of management turnover but I?ve been going to Moes for more than 12 years so I kept coming back. Today the crewwas great, the line looked very clean and everything looked fresh. The lobby did not have one dirty table and the salsa bar wasstocked. Hope the new management can keep this up! I wouldn't order online. The staff and manager are not eager to make it until all the customers are through the line, so your... estimated time of completion will not be accurate. Turnover rate at this location is incredible high and they seem to hire manyincompetent employees. The young guys that work there are the best employees, but everyone else is rude and unwilling. Food isgreat (most of the time), staff is not. Second time I am reviewing 7 months later. The portions are so small with the newmanager, and the prices are high. Got a drop of queso ($2) on my burrito so I asked for some more. Guy argued with me and thendumped a massive scoop and flooded my burrito.
