So disappointed!! And it's not the first time they miss meals on our order and we haven't complained but enough is enough!!! We... support small business and we are client since they opened till today.we placed an order thru Ubereats and the order camemissing a whole dinner item. Called the restaurant and first manager was so rude and then the 2nd manager couldn't make itbetter. so we place another order for the missing meal on uberests and we are now waiting another 40 min to have dinner!! And wehave to drag another driver to get our meal and the restsursnt couldn't even apologize for us paying again for extra (uber fees)each we don't mind but he couldn't make it any better for us being regulars... It is a shame that when u support small businessthat they don't care and they been rude to you... so tonight is going to be the last time we order from Ming Garden. Read more

I ordered shrimp and broccoli, vegatable lo mien and 2 spring rolls. I was told $26.00 over the phone. When I picked up my food... I was charged $31.00 the shrimp and broccoli came in a small container and the food was disqusting. I will never order from themagain. Read more
Always hot and fresh, but repeatedly my order arrives without the requested broccoli added to it. The photo of that dish shows... broccoli and it should include it every single time without exception. On my last order, I specifically requested it but didnot receive it. Read more

We used to order from here far more often but the past several times have been hit or miss at best. Missing items, sub-par food,... long wait times. It's disappointing. Tonight we gave up and tossed almost all of our food as it wasn't worth eating. The cashewchicken was the weirdest I've ever had, it had fried chicken in it and tasted fishy (how???) and the after two bites of fattyjelly like chicken in the chicken and broccoli that found the trash can too. The spring rolls were undercooked, the broccoli wasovercooked, and they forgot the sauce for the dumplings. I hate to complain, but also when your dinner finally arrives at 8pmwhat's the point in trying to get it fixed. We just won't be ordering from here anymore. Read more
Is one of the best Chinese takeouts in Charlotte and probably the best in Huntersville. The food taste good, the quality of the... vegetables is great. Service is efficient, fast and kind. Meats are fresh and portions are more than fair. I usually only eattakeout Chinese when I don't feel like cooking and this restaurant does not disappoint, is perfect for a last minute dinner orif you do not feel like cooking. Read more
I ordered a chicken chow mein lunch special. And it was special indeed. There was not a single noodle in my meal, and I've... checked the rest of their lunch menu so I'm not entirely sure if they even did give me another menu item. Regardless, what wasin my box was celery, cabbage, onion, and chicken all mixed in a liquid hybrid that I can only describe with the consistency ofsemen. My mush had zero flavor, so all I could think about while eating it was that I hope it was not what I thought it was.Luckily, I do not live in Charlotte so I will not be coming back.
