There should at least be one person on the front register and to also greet. The kiosks are fine but it's not like having... someone at the counter ready to help. The food could've been better prepared and the nuggets were not fresh. Read more

Okay this review is a hard one. I come here a lot because it?s close to my house. I like to be as honest as I can with my... reviews and the experience I have had. So here goes ????. I went with a 3 ? because sometimes it?s bad and sometimes it?s good.The consistency is all over the place. They can be really nice and the food can be good. Or they can be just down right rude andmy food can be cold and I wish I could get a refund. Fast food places are hard to rate. I must say, this location is very quick! During a busy morning rush I was able to get a coffee and oatmeal in less than 3... minutes. The drive thru was moving quickly and efficiently. This location has a lot of trees in the parking lot so if you parkyour car it won't get too hot in the sun. The curbside pickup and mobile order pick up locations are also right in front of thedrive thru, making it really easy to get in and out. Great job to the hard working staff. Read more

They have the most hateful young peoples in this store. They sometimes gives you cold fries that?s been sitting under that light... for awhile like that light is going to keep them hot, and when you ask for more hot fries, they get upset at you like you didn?tjust spend your money. The young girl with the long braids on today (08/22/22) at 1:51pm. Totally has an attitude. She?s needsto be retrained. Managment pretends that they will speak to these employees, but they don?t. Who wants cold food. My burgerdefinitely was cold, but I didn?t notice it until I got home. It wasn?t worth going back there. Read more

MANAGEMENT! You need to retrain employee on basic customer services. I had placed my order ahead of time to pick up in store at... 7:26pm. It was closed inside. No signs, nothing. I walk back to my car, see an employee we make eye contact and as I'm about toget them, they keep moving and out of sight. I say fine let me check the app. The app tells me thanks for ordering, as in I'vealready picked up my order. I get myself in the LONG Line of cars, the employee starts arguing with me, that I need to have anorder number, I remained calm and explained that the number is gone because the app thinks I picked it up, they say that thereis nothing they can do, I offered to show my phone, so that they can find the order number because I'm not seeing it, Theemployee says fine come ahead. I get to the first window, the young employee is very nice, I explained myself and she is lookingthrough my app, then through the other window someone is flashing the happy meal. By this time is 7:53. The food is cold and Ihave to ask for the soda and wait an extra minute for it. Was it an hour long wait NO. But, this is a fast food restaurant,known for the 10 to 15 minute wait. I wouldn't have minded the wait and even the cold food because maybe they are understaffedor just training. The issue is having to explain yourself twice about an order that should have been in your radar, because itwas a drive-thru order. Read more

After waiting 15 minutes in line. The young lady that was too busy flirting to the young boy beside her working. I patiently... waited for her to open the window. When I told her that I completely forgot to order my 5 year old son a drink. She smirk andtold me I had to get back in line. Why do they feel so privileged and so rude? I absolutely hate the world that we are becomingbecause she didn't provide any customer service and I forgot to order my son a drink. Ill never go back to this horrible chain. Read more

I normally do not have a problem with this location but today I was not only irked but also angered by their performance.... Ordered two drinks and was asked if I wanted something else and said yes but the guy taking my order closed it and said firstwindow. When we arrived at the window the guy just looked AND THEN gave me a LOOK like "Well?". I told him yes and then he toldme my total, gave him my card and when he returned it, said "Here". Pulled up to the second window and was given my drinkswithout any word and not even a thank you. To top it all off, as the picture shows I ordered a caramel frappe with light whip,got a frappe with little to no caramel (tastes like a frozen coffee, not a caramel frappe). I am honestly beyond disappointedwith the service today. Read more
