Took off a star for each time I had to circle the building and one star for bad customer service. Note this was at 5:15 am and I... was the only car in the drive thru the whole time. My order was 4 sausage egg Mc Muffins and 2 hashbrowns, the first time thru,they only gave 1 Mc Muffin and 2 hashbrown. I had to honk my horn for about 30 seconds before the cashier came back. Wheninformed that my order was incorrect she wanted me to pay an additional $9 for the remaining 3 Mc Muffins. Which would have beena total of $14. I asked for a refund, and when I was asked if they could redo my order, the cashier walked away. Second trip Igot 4 Mc Muffins, but no hashbrowns. This time the cashier wouldn't come back to the window. Third trip the cashier seemedsurprised I was still there. Read more
Double bacon quarter pounder was old and cold. Med fries weren't even halfway full and they forgot my drink!! Inside of the... restaurant was basically empty and so was the drive-thru. So yeah idk. Read more
Terrible customer service. The girl on the speaker and in the window (not sure if it was the same girl) SOOOO much attitude!!... Not to mention when I was waiting on my food, she had her back to the window the whole time talking badly about other coworkersto the manager nonetheless. I've worked drive thru and this is so very unacceptable. I ordered 3 drinks and 3 different ordersof nuggets. No sweet and sour sauce that I asked for and only 1 straw for 2 frappes and a sweet tea. The nuggets tasted oldand so did the fries. I'm BEYOND disappointed!! If you don't want to work with customers, find a new job by yourself! ???? Read more
As far as McDonald's or fast food burger joints go, this particular location is excellent. Minimal wait, food is always fresh,... clean facility, and the employees are positive & polite. This location also serves Coke Zero again which is a huge plus ifyou're a big fan of the zero sugar soda like me. Read more
I couldn't even order before the woman behind the speaker was correcting me and being rather rude. It sounded as if she were... getting pushback from other customers, but I had not even had the chance to do something to upset her before she was upset atme. I don't normally post negative reviews, I know working at McDonald's is probably not the best thing ever, but why be soangry at someone who's done nothing to you? Read more
This is a good McDonald?s. Very clean and updated. They have digital ordering kiosks inside if you want to avoid human... interaction. Kinda slow on my order and messed up my customization request so minus 1 star. Read more

I've been to this location quite number of times and they've stepped it up with the customer service and food quality, the... ladies at the window today were super nice so I thought I'd call to tell the manager something positive but didn't get an answerhowever they were probably just very busy.
