The restaurant had a funky smell in the air and the bathroom wasn?t exactly clean when I visited. A booger was on the wall in... front of the urinal. Living in south Charlotte, the Huntersville location is quite a hike but well worth it. Our server, Amanda, was so nice, polite,... and professional! She gets 10 stars! The food was great, steaks cooked to order. We ordered sweet potatoes with toppings on theside however they were delivered with the toppings (sugar, cinnamon and butter) on the potatoes. Not a big deal, was correctedvery quickly. The restaurant was clean, bathrooms were clean. They seemed to be really short staffed though. This location is myfavorite out of the 4 in the Charlotte area and we?ve tried them all. Following the pandemic, service is getting really bad atmost establishments. That said, Longhorn and particularly this location understand the importance of service, which I?m happy todrive the extra 15 minutes for. Read more
