They get my order wrong Every. Single. Time. And I do not have a complicated order. I get a Beach Club with no tomatoes. Simple.... One time they forgot to put meat on my sandwich which is just mind blowing to me. Other times they forget the avocado spreadthat It comes with. They?ve forgotten cheese before?the list goes on. I work right in between this location and the one on W.Catawba and unfortunately this is the one that will deliver to me. I?m done ordering from here. Never again. Read more
This is a 12 dollar sandwich?. I?ll stick with jersey mikes. At least there they don?t skimp on lettuce and cheese comes on the... sand which without a up charge?. Went into location and stood there for 5 minutes without acknowledgement as 3 people made subs for drive thru. Worst customer... service we?ve received in a long time. Simple acknowledgment would have kept us there knowing we would be helped soon. Read more
My order was wrong and nobody apologized for it. Instead it seemed like it was a big deal to remake it for my child. There was... no ?let?s remake that for you.? Instead I was told ?so do you want us to remake it?? Well yes?it?s roast beef and I orderedtuna. We waited too long for these sandwiches and the portions were so much less than what the other Huntersville location gives(which never has good service either) We won?t be returning to any Jimmy Johns locations again after this. Had a pickup order from here..... waited 30 minutes for a sand-which and it was not what I wanted. The place is unkempt and... untidy felt like a whole zoo in there. I am not going back here ever again. Read more
