I have never had the staff at the Giles?s location be so rude. The first time we tried to ordered we were put on hold for the... entire trip over to the store and when I walked in the store I was still on hold. When I brought it to the Managers attentionshe said we are busy..but funny enough the girl said ?oh I forgot about you?. The second time the sandwiches were so soggy andwe were not given any pickles. And again today the girl was so rude while taking my order and did not even ask my name and whenI mentioned it..she rudely said ? I have caller ID? and then I advised her someone else was picking the order up?no total givenno time given she just hung up the phone! Sadly the Huntersville/Cornelius area only has one Firehouse. SLOWEST. ESTABLISHMENT. EVER. 30+ minutes to get a sub??? Can't even give an estimated time for finishing creating the food.... Instead this dude beats around the bush and says "its in que". What kinda customer service is that?? Bro needs a reality check. Read more
Food and service are great, but it's frequently dirty. I know they are busy and short staffed, but they need to make a pass... through the dining room a little more often. Their sandwiches are worth it the trip. Read more
I can?t thank you enough for your customer service. Our Doordasher neglected to bring drinks and chips in our order and after I... called to just make sure they were in the order, someone from your team actually delivered them TO us at our house. This isabove and beyond and I really appreciate this. My 3 year old loves the Fire hat too :) The subs were delicious as well!! Read more
UPDATE: Had to change from 5 stars. This used to be our favorite sub shop but then a female manager and a male employee... mistreated a young woman with a disability and the same male employee mistreated an older woman with a cane who had a simplerequest in order to be able to carry her food. This type of treatment is disgusting and they should not be working with thepublic. If they're having a bad day, too bad! You DO NOT TREAT ANYONE LIKE THAT! There are plenty of people who would gladlytake over their positions. They should be thankful to have jobs when so many don't. Read more
I am a firehouse fan- the hubs is a first responder. Must say this is the least impressive location I have visited. Hate to... judge off of one experience, I dont know what kind of day these workers have had; however there wasnt one place on the floorthat wasnt covered in crumbs... did not feel great about the environment which the food was being made. Loudly ask me if I want to donate $5 on top of my $15 lunch to a fund I know next to nothing about. I say no thank you. Loudly... ask me again to donate $1. NO!!!
