Yikes! What kinda sausage biscuit sandwich is this! Disappointing for sure.
The drive-thru more often than not gets orders wrong (I?ve been been coming every now and then for years and that?s my... consistent experience no matter who is attending me). Today I went to Dunkin? on my lunch break, the line was packed so I ordered inside, as I?m ordering my food from the employee at... cash. The employee at cash was super nice and helpful. As I wait for my food there is an employee near drive through with blondehair and black glasses looking at me behind the counter annoyed and with a resting b face. And when I was waiting to picked upmy food from the to-go area. The same worker that was staring at me rudely, then proceeds to yell my order number and shoved myfood across the counter. And when I walked up to the ?to-go? area I was greeted with an angry face. That is the worstinteraction I?ve ever had at Dunkin. Read more

Bittersweet review. Not many DD's in Huntersville, so very excited when we can go! It's like an outing for us. Ordered a... sausage and cheese, got sausage and egg after clarifying 2x with server. Coffee is delicious as usual. Tip for servers is toconfirm what the customer wants is what you are giving them. Today got 50%of what I wanted. DD you are better than this???? Read more
Nice clean location, quick and efficient service. This location can get very busy with he drive-through wrapped around the... building, though goes quickly. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available. Read more
The opening staff are a joyful group. They serve me through the drive through with a smile, even though I have to walk up to it... because the dining room isn't open yet. We are all barely awake but working and they really help me with my fix. Read more
