This was our 1st time at this location, as we rarely get up to the Cornelius area. The service was fast and friendly. The food... was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Couldn't really ask for more from a fast food chain restaurant. We wereactually quite impressed. Clearly their management cares about how the location looks and providing a good customer experience. Sad day at chick fil a! I went here to pick up some dinner last night and they were out of multi grain bread, lettuce, tomatoes,... and chick fil a sauce. The fries were cold and hard! I sat in the drive thru forever to get what was left of what they had. Iwas very disappointed. I frequent this location and the service has gotten very slack lately. Not so sure I?ll be visiting thislocation as often as I normally do. Will have to find another ?go to? near by. Read more
Racist restaurant. They had my daughter cleaning under nasty refrigerators as a punishment for doing nothing wrong. She was so... confused and she is only 15. The manager Alex is behind the whole thing. My daughter applied to serve food not clean nastyrefrigerators like a slave. My daughter told me that everyone that was ganging up on her was white? Fantastic service. Wow. Went for lunch. Dining room closed drive thru wrapped around the building. Very hesitant to jump in the... ridiculously long double line. Son wanted food so in the line we went. Seriously the line moved so fast I could not believe wehad our food including special sauces in less than two minutes. Incredible service.
