Thanks to the manager Mary for going ABOVE and BEYOND to make my 1st experience at your location a great one! I had to pull... forward because they ran out of chicken for my 3 piece wing dinner. They were swamped with tailgate orders. Anyways they forgotabout my order and I was waiting a pretty long time. Mary definitely looked out upgraded my sides and gave me extra chicken anda drink. Drive thru line is 12 cars deep with no movement in 25 minutes. Curbside order said it would be ready within 5 minutes and it's... now been 30 minutes and my food still isn't ready. Consistently subpart service at this location. App also constant restartingsaying no connection. 90.5 sanitation score. This is a horrendous experience. Services tends to be slower than most fast food places; however the staff is friendly. Ordered the sausage which was just ok.... The biscuit was cooked a little too long so if was soft in the center but hard around the edges. The biscuit was room temp andnot warm. Visited here before & food was better. Every Bojangles in Huntersville is a joke! Every time I order the order takes forever. Forget ordering curbside because you will... wait on an order they don?t read in the store. When you question what has taken so long you get looked at as if you are aproblem. The stores always have trash on the floor of the cooking areas.
