Reviews for Fellow Mountain Cafe in Hunter, NY
Probably one of the best breakfast sandwiches I?ve ever eaten in my life! The bread was Perfection! Soft on the inside crispy on... the outside? Freshly baked amazing! The hash brown is not to be missed. Read more
Such a lovely cafe! The coffee was great and the pastries and food were truly top notch. We loved it so much that we came 2 days... in a row and even got extra pastries to bring back home. The interior design is lovely and there is a great outdoor patio with anice view of nature across the street. Read more
This comfortable cafe attracts a crowd because of the quality of food and the relaxing atmosphere. There is outdoor seating in... nice weather and the inside is spacious, with tables apart from each other and a high ceiling. On this visit, my companion hadthe salad, which is big and tasty, with a variety of vegetables. I had a basic fruit salad and the peach and blueberryfocaccia, which was delicious, with a sweet, slightly crunchy topping. Besides a variety of coffees, they also have teas. Bydefault, these are served in paper cups, but with tea you can ask for a teapot and cup. They also have a variety of preparedfood for takeaway. Read more

Decent food. Friendly staff. The food is priced slightly higher since we have limited options in the area. The food is still... decent though. The hash browns were a bit too salty. The baguette for the Ham and Cheese sandwich was too tough for me. Otherthan that, no other complaints. Overall, good cafe to visit when you?re in the Catskills. Read more
Great breakfast and brunch spot, I especially enjoyed the option to make your own sandwich. Highly recommend the ham on a... brioche bun. There's also some seating indoors but you have to order at the counter, and it gets quite busy at peak hours (in mycase, around 10:30am on a Sunday). They also have some interesting goods for purchase such as spices, jams, and hikinginfo/maps, as well as coffee beans from what I assume is the local coffee they use. Read more
