Well....I've been to many papa John in NYC. Never had an issue. We are here from vacation and we needed food for our kids. So... it's papa johnsi should be able to go on and out. Walked in and got greeted. The grabbed a menu and when I wanted to place anorder, they asked me if I placed an order. I said no, I was told that I can't place an order in the store. I needed to call thecall center or order online. But you have cash registers and can talk. So never again am j going to order from Papa Johnespecially since there is a pizza but across from them.
