Unfortunately I am obligated to give a star to this horribly run establishment. In reality I would give them a -5 ? review I... asked them if they had cranberry muffin, they said yes, I pay at the 1st window to find out at the 2nd window so I now have topick a muffin I didn't want....then I also get basically a snack size Mcflurry instead of the full size one I paid for. Thishasn't been the first time they have been unable to make a regular size flurry the actual size it should be. Its a shame theyare the only McDonald's in town. Read more

I ordered a 10 piece McChicken nugget meal and brought it into the bathroom to eat it. I used the handicap stall and I had... plenty of room to eat and a roll of napkins right next to me and my seat doubled as a trash can. All in all meal tasted prettygood and I would eat it again. Hope the bathroom was clean because I wasn?t paying attention. Also found a couple free needlesin the parking lot:) Read more

I LOVE giving 5 star reviews - but I?m sorry?tried to order myself and use the app, but it didn?t work. Entered the order and no... credit for the app. Had to wait in line to tell them the self order didn?t work only to find out they were out of potatoe bunsfor my chicken sandwich. Said it?s ok?.then after 15 minutes waiting and watching many other people get served asked when mymeal was coming and she apologized and got it for me. I used the washroom while I was waiting, and it was disgusting - so wasthe area where drinks are served. Hopefully this review actually helps improve the situation ! 99% of my reviews arefavourable, and I prefer to give glowing reviews. I?m sorry, but dramatic room for improvement here? Read more

Stopped at this place on a road trip to Saskatoon. I ordered on the app and went through the drive through for pickup. And was... told at the pickup window to go around to the front. I've never been to this place before, but I guess they actually wanted meto illegally park in front of the front doors. Instead I went to the more standard (Reserved 1) parking space that was in thefront of the restaurant. After a good 10-15 minutes, if not longer, I device to pop my head in and make sure everything is good.Guess it wasn't and either my order was forgotten about or something else happened to cause it to not exist. So I waited insidefor a little bit while they made it up, and gave me a free apple pie, I assume as a "sorry". Anyways, 4 stars which is mynormal for fast food. The food quality is on par with any other McDonald's I've been to. However it's good to know that if amistake does happen, they will try to compensate you for it. Read more
