OMG! Order took 53 minutes! They used the word.. (N*****) 4 Times in counting while I was waiting on my food. Also the Manager... talked to her employee as if she was dysfunctional. By far the worst wingstop in Texas. I will further this review by forwardingit to newspapers and report. I've never been to food facility in all my life that after paying my money made me feel low. I feelcomparing any restaurant in Texas of any type of food this is #1 In the worst. EVEN calling in my order employee told me I couldonly order 15 wings max. Rude, not only to customers but employees where I became sad to see their faces while being talked toin that manner. I will take this further but in closing I would not recommend this restaurant to even a enemy. I RECORDED THEWHOLE TRANSACTION TO VALIDATE FACTS BEHIND THESE STATEMENTS! This location is usually pretty good about making the food correct. My experience has always been great and the staff is... friendly enough. Sometimes there is a wait but it's worth it when the food is made perfectly. Read more
Terrible service! Took about 30 minutes to get our order then it was incomplete they said I had only order one meal I had to... show them my receipt. Took another 10 minutes to get my other meal. One of the guys told me he had to grab my cheese sauce 5minutes later still didn't have my sauce. I went to ask one more time for my cheese sauce the lady was yelling to the back togive her a cheese sauce. I gave up on that cheese sauce. On top of that all the workers were yelling at each other. I had a baby and a big order, so my hands were full. I didn't even have to ask and one of the young men saw that I was going to... need some help and he walked over and said I got this for you and grabbed my bag and followed me to my car. It was such a smallgesture but it really made me happy to know there are gentlemen out there. The food was also all fresh and the order wasprecessed correctly. Overall great experience here. Today my experience wasn?t so good. I placed my order the young man that took my order was very polite and patient. I requested... extra sauce on my wings, the mango habanero were good. My 16 boneless wings were very dry and were tough to bite.. My fries werecold. They should be on a warmer till your order is picked up. Food tasted good with the best ranch and cheese. That sandwich just changed my life. It looked like it came right out of the commercial. I?ve never had fried chicken that was so... perfectly crunchy. The lemon pepper was so flavorful I didn?t even need ranch. These folks are doing something right. Read more
