I love wingstop but not from here. If I'm not there in person to check my order something is always messed up. Every time I get... delivery I regret it. Today my order was missing items (we will see if my credit is valid when, if, I order again). I'msurprised the door dash driver took the bag since it was soaked and dropping in butter. Someone decided it was a good idea tolay one of the containers on its side. Containers with wings were also smashed causing more butter to leak out. I mean likejust care a little. Read more
Wings from any wing stop are my favorite thing to eat period. I always eat Togo because atmosphere is not existent and just... weird. But who cares just order through app, pick it up and take home. Service/cashier was helpful. Read more
First of all, the number to this store has a mailbox that's full and can not accept messages. Good luck if you want to make a... complaint or even order via phone. I placed a to go order online for pickup. Please note they DO NOT pay attention to the ordersthey place for delivery carriers. I guess it's first come first serve. Just keep complaining if your order is not ready at the time it says online. I placed my order at 7 and didn?t get it till 8pm... but a lady in the lobby kept complaining and got her food faster than me while I was waiting 40 mins. Also a worker was juststanding there at his station eating if he wasn?t doing nothing then would go back to working ( tall guy his haircut had a hearton the top front) so they don?t practice being sanitary Read more
Order took over an hour and a half to be ready. We are lucky our door dash driver was patient and waited that long. I had to... call the restaurant to ask for an update and all they said was they got backed up and really didn?t seem to care. I defunderstand sometimes it?s busy but work on a better customer service. Read more
The worst customer service ever, I was sitting there for an 1hr and person after person getting there food but no every else get... fresh fries but we were literally sitting there for an hour wait for fries my food was completely cold. The general manager anddistrict manager were laughing and when I asked them a simple question, they gave me a nasty attitude. Would not recommendunless you want to wait one hour for bad service and cold food. This has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had withwing-stop, I would rather go to Pluckers. Read more
I ordered a 3 piece thigh bone in and I got a 3 piece popcorn chicken bone in,some of the chicken thighs were hard to chew so... that made the portions even smaller overall I want be going back,I?ll just stick to cooking my own wings on the Austin xl pelletsmoker with franks red hot/I can?t give up the rest of my recipe. First and foremost, this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a wingstop! This team today at this location... completely rocked it! Everybody was nice and nobody had an attitude! I was greeted when I came in the door and Natalie took myorder. She was really sweet and accurate. I ordered the chicken sandwhich combo, garlic parmesan flavored and it came outdelicious! Food was hot and fresh, the fries were hot, crispy and fresh!!! Never have I ever had fresh fries from wingstop. Evenwhen I ask for them for extra well done at other locations, they are still not crispy. I didnt have to ask and they made themfresh and now that I have tasted fresh fries from wingstop, they are actually good. While I sat and waited for my food, Inoticed that the employees kept themselves busy even though it wasn't quite the lunch time rush yet. They were wiping downcounters, taking phone call orders and checking on the customers. One of the front girls even asked me if I was still waiting onfood and went to check on it. Mind you, I didnt even complain about the wait, she just took the initiative and told me that itwould be 2 more minutes. My food was then brought out by a nice gentlemen by the name of Armani. I knew that's who he wasbecause he even put his name on the bag! He took pride in making my food delicious and it seriously was!
