As much as I love whataburger, I?ve never had anything like this happened. Got home to eat my food, and once I poured my fries... out I found a fried ROACH OR FLY IN MY FOOD. It's Whataburger. The best eat-in fast food on the planet Earth. (I mean it IS in Texas)... My only issue is that you CANNOT eat... I am a Whataburger lover and go every chance and they are always pretty good. Even when I go in the morning during breakfast and... order from the lunch menu it is always hot and fresh. My only complaint is why have 2 take out lanes if most of the time yourgoing to have an orange cone to block access to it. Your wait time is sometimes excessive and lines are long. I ordered dine-in. The food was hot and fresh. The service was lacking. My order was taken in a timely manner and prepared... correctly. The problem was when my food was brought to me. I was not given, or offered, any napkins or condiments. This wouldnot have been an issue if these items had been available at another counter, or by the drink station. Read more
