As much as I love whataburger, I?ve never had anything like this happened. Got home to eat my food, and once I poured my fries... out I found a fried ROACH OR FLY IN MY FOOD. I ordered dine-in. The food was hot and fresh. The service was lacking. My order was taken in a timely manner and prepared... correctly. The problem was when my food was brought to me.
