Noticed that people who ordered after me were getting their food, I went up and asked about my food. I was told that it was... coming up, on the way back to my table I heard them call out the same order number they did a few minutes before. I then heardthe person tell the employee that they received the wrong order, which then the employee took back the first order that waswrong. It so happen to be my order and they give me the same order that was give to the other person. When I told the managerabout he said that it was just made, I then told how so if the burger is cool. How could you give out an order that you tookback from someone else to pass as a fresh order. Read more
I work in Texas city at the plant came home early got me and family quick dinner wasn?t satisfied but I have gotten a good... experience before just tonight half fries dry burger after I asked for both mayo and mustard. I do not know where to start there was a 10-15 minute wait to get my food my fries with cold, the milkshake was just like water... I said no onion on my burger I found onion on my burger I bring it back in to have it made over guess what they had onions on2nd burger couldn't get it together also I got another milkshake it was somewhat better I just gave up will never return againThe bacon was not even cooked well done.
