Every single time that I order mobile to-go from the app at thos location, I end up being told to wait in the parking lot while... they serve all the drive-thru customers immediately. Im currently typing this as I sit in the parking lot for over 10 minuteswaiting on my prepaid food. The franchise owner of this location needs to implement a better practice for mobile orders andprobably get more staff for this location during peaks hours. They lack attention to detail, the manager herself handed me my drink with strawberry soda all over the outside of the cup. Told... me to "pull up until the fries are done" them forgot about me. I had to go back to the window after a ridiculous wait to get myfood, which by then, ironically the fries were not fresh anymore. Read more
If there was a way to give less than a star I would give nothing. This is my second time at this location entering was very... unwelcoming. The manager and workers all just stared at me and the few I was with then all walked away. The manager then cameout and said they were under staffed and that I could order at the drive through but they couldn?t take my order. No indoordinning. After unloading my child and my nephew and niece this was unacceptable! This was the same situation last time horribleexperience! Workers are idiots. Worst service messed up the order. Waited too long for order. I was expected to pick up 3 drinks didn?t even offer me a drink... holder. Had to ask for condiments twice. Worst of all paid $37.28 for this order all Baku menu items would have inky cost $20at McDonald?s. Will not return not to mention the table was dirty and when I asked yo clean the table the offered me napkins.They did finally clean table but did a terrible job and we had to clean it up more after them Read more
Went through the drive thru on my way to work, ordered a salad, loaded bake potato, no chili! What I got was a potato with... chives! Unfortunately I didn?t check my order until I pulled off.. Very disappointed! Read more
Went to the Wendy?s off 1960 and 59 in Humble Tx, I order a spicy chicken sandwich meal with no tomatoes. They gave me a... sandwich with just chicken and bread, here is a picture of some nasty lettuce that was put on my sandwich. This is the onlypiece they put and it looks disgusting, like they gave me the trash piece. I am very upset and I will not be returning. This isterrible service. Read more

I came through the drive thru and I got an entire drink spilt on me without any warning of the lid not being closed right until... after it was already spilt and they didn?t even try to offer me any help. I had to ask for a new drink myself because it was allspilt on me and my car. I wasn?t offered another drink, napkins, and didn?t even say sorry. They forgot my ghost pepper ranch.They lacked a ton in customer service, coming from someone who?s a manager in fast food I'm very upset and dissatisfied. Read more
