It was pretty much exactly what we expected. We're Canadian and it was our first time here. The food was exactly as expected,... greasy diner food, but in a good way. I really enjoyed the hashbrowns, the eggs were cooked to my liking and waffle was fine(though I have to say I wish they had maple syrup). Our server was fantastic and very nice (apparently she isn't normally fromthis location and was covering a shift). I will say however, I had joked with my girlfriend about waffle house's reputation forfighting and chaos online... and there ending up being an actual shouting match between two staff in the chicken. Though she andI laughed and it didn't make our experience negative, I feel for the staff that have to work in an environment like that, it'snot right. Staff should feel safe coming to work and management needs to ensure they have a healthy and respectful workingenvironment. Read more
Was a tad scared to try a Waffle House near an airport but it did not disappoint. The manager and employees were phenomenal and... committed to providing the best experience!! Our server, Latisha, was super charming and joyful!! Food was quick and delicious!! Read more
When I arrived, I was the only customer but soon other customers starting arriving. At no point was the restaurant full, but the... time I went was between lunch and dinner. The restaurant appeared clean and the staff was friendly. The cook had no issues withme asking him to cook the bacon a little longer as I like it very crispy. I ordered the All Star Special with eggs over medium,bacon, wheat toast, grits, and a blueberry waffle. I had them pack the waffle to go because it was so much food. The grits andbacon were excellent. The toast was nicely buttered. The eggs were just a tad too runny for over medium but still had a goodflavor. The menu is not extensive and the food is not fancy. Would be a 5 ? but they no longer give United discounts since they went 'corporate' went to this specific location for just... that. Other than that the food was great, staff is awesome and we had a blast. They do need to bring back the jukebox tho!
