I stopped by the drive thru on 11/13 early AM and had an unpleasant experience. Their promoting "buy 1 food item, get a free... smoothie" with the email I had. I showed the young female drive thru worker my email and she mentioned that their scanner is notworking at the the drive thru. The right to do was she should have used one of the other scanners at the front counter howevershe did not and I ended up paying both the Chicken Pesto sandwich and a Peanutbutter Cup smoothie at full menu price for bothitems. Be careful in the parking lot. I almost got ran over by a speeding mother of an employee. After she exited the vehicle, I... started to approach her as she went ballistic on the owner/manager for verbally abusing her teenage daughter. I went around thecorner and snooped on the conversation. The only reason I?m reading the reviews is to see if this is a normal thing or if themother was over-reacting. Really disappointing as my first 2 visits to this location last week were great - smoothie and wraps were delicious. But I went... on Tuesday of this week and it was awful - my wrap was burned and hard and hardly any chicken and the lettuce was soggy anddisgusting. But I figured it was just an off day, so we tried them again today. And it was awful again. We ordered ahead andnothing was ready when we went to pick it up. There was no acknowledgment when we walked in - eye contact was made several timesbut no greeting or offer to help. When we mentioned that it was taking a long time to get the order - we were told that we hadno idea how it was working for a stressful working place and being short staffed. First that's not true - but second, thatshould never be said to a customer. Then the manager was yelling at another customer. They left out a jalapeño corn and when itwas mentioned it was thrown at us and corn went everywhere. And then when we got back to our office - we were missing an order.We called corporate about this and were offered $10 - we spent around $80 on Tuesday and again today. And the whole thing is wedon't want money - we want good service like we had the first 2 times we went. The food and smoothies were soo good. But withthe poor management and disappointing food 2 times in a row, I don't know that we will be back. And that's alot of business youwere getting that is now lost. First time I came there was a fight between 4 of the workers.. which isn't the first time I've heard something like this... happening at this specific location.. Decided to give it another try and the staff is horrible.. the "owner or manger" guessinghis name is Saggar or Soggier... screams at his employees.. heard from the drive thru window. My food total was 13.56 and I wascharged 2 or 3 extra dollars.. when I told them I didn't want to tip because how long it took. they had to move me up to thesign which still took an extra 5 minutes, and I received the wrong food had to call to get my order corrected. Whole time whilesitting in the drive thru 2 Indian men were going back and forward with teen agers and they looked AT LEAST 35.. which is veryunprofessional.. no matter boss or manger that's not how you handle someone else's children. Location is prime! Aesthetics are great! I wasn?t expecting much, but the smoothie was great. In between smoothie king and Jamba... Juice in terms of flavor so it tastes authentic without tasting like cardboard. I ordered a veggie hummus wrap and avocadogrilled cheese and they were both amazing. This is the top quick food spot for me! Staff was very friendly and service wasextremely quick. I got my order within 5 minutes and the store was slammed when I came in.
