The service was horrible, I went there yesterday around 12 and the lady that was there was so rude. She was making the order for... the people in front of me and kept saying comments under her breath about how big the line was. She then yelled out, \"ifyou\'re paying cash, I need exact change,\" she sounded very rude. She was very rushed while making the drinks, like didn\'teven care or showed respect for the customers. Then when she was giving me my drink she said, \"after I am done with this line,I am closing cause I need food.\" Didn\'t even bother to say thank you or anything, horrible experience. The Wowee lemonade drink was delicious and the customer service was awesome!! Mitchy was so patient w/me, all my questions & our... indecisiveness. She was great! My daughter got the signature drink & loved it. I added kiwi boba to mine & tapioca to hers.Didn?t get my free scoop for the review so I?m posting that?NOT a complaint since I didn?t review until Ingot my drink & left.This is just a note so I can get it on my next order. ???? Long wait to order and receive drink. The espresso was good. Too much socializing and people coming in the back making their own... drinks causing delay for paying customers. Read more

**UPDATE** I sent an email as requested and have not received a response. So it seems corporate cares as little as the store. I... also see that not having change has gone on before. We patronized several stores that day and no one else had problems makingchange.\n\nI ordered a drink and my total came to $6.30. The employee told me they didn\'t have change and expected ME to\"eat\" the .70 or get extra tapioca.\n\nShe lost a sale over .30. Somehow I think the profit they would have made far exceededthe .30 she declined to \"comp\" not to mention the tip she would have received.\n\nShouldn\'t all retail establishments keepcoin to make change? I visit your shop every time I go to the mall . Your Boba drink are a better quality than the other shop in the mall?... Unfortunately, it takes your staff a good while to make the drinks. As a barista myself it is impossible to keep up with the Thedemand with only two blenders. As you have to rinse out the blenders every time when you make a new drink. I ordered my drinkat 2:36 PM and finally got my smoothies at 2:59 pm almost 30 minutes later.. Read more
The cups they use for hot drinks are a bit flimsy, so be careful! Drinks have good flavor, and service is outstanding! Good... range of flavors to choose from. Nice, considering it\'s a small tea stand in a mall. Read more
