We have to mix our own drinks? I don't like sticking a straw in and finding a thick layer syrup at the bottom, milk in the... middle, and the bitter coffee on the top. In the drive through? Spilled it on my seats trying to mix it myself. Read more
I love Starbucks drinks! Sadly, this Starbucks was short-staffed and very, very slow preparing drinks. A lady walked in and... demanded her coffee, because she had been waiting at the drive-through for a long time. Sadly, she caused my husband and I tohave to wait longer for our drinks - a Flat White and a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. We had actually ordered inside thestore, before she entered the drive-through. The wait time exceeded 20 minutes. Our drinks were okay but not as hot (FlatWhite) or flavorful (Caramel Ribbon Crunch) as normal for Starbucks. Disappointed! Read more
Ordered a grande, it felt too light and when I opened it I was dumbfounded. This is not the first time I get coffee and the... amount I get is ridiculous! I usually go to the one in Atascocita Rd and have never had a problem. Also never have theingredients you want like oat milk and other toppings. They were very nice an professional, 2 of the items that I purchased was no where to be found they offer something different or... a refund. I chose the refund and they had issues doing the refund to the app so they gave me a cash refund they handledthemselves very well and was very curious the whole time. They do a terrible job at making a ?Starbucks Doubleshot on ice? you aren?t supposed to shake it with the milk but they do every... time. Very disappointed won?t bother to waste my time coming here if they can?t follow their own recipe in making a drinkcorrectly. Photos of TWO TIMES they?ve done this already. Read more
Found this Starbuck's by accident looking for a place to pull over sit and do some work after a unexpected drive to Kingwood. ... It was a calm, peaceful and welcoming environment. The design if the store is nothing special, it's a stand alone store with acircular drive through lane. Read more
