This is the first sonic I?ve gone to since my horrible experience at the sonic in Carthage Tx I carbonated water and... strawberries. I called this location to verify that they would sell me carbonated water with strawberry. No one answered thephone but the manager called me back immediately. I told her what I was wanting she said absolutely place we order on the appand let her know when I got there and she personally would make my drink. (I used sprite on the app to order). Worst service ever. Don?t come here ever. Waited 10 minutes and no one answered the red button. Then we went over to the drive... thru and still no one answered after 5 minutes. We had to drive up to the window to even talk to someone. There were only twoother cars in the entire sonic parking lot. Additionally, we saw two people in street clothes just walk in and order withoutpaying. Very unprofessional. Read more

I give them 5 ?????????? because yes there are a lot of kids working so sometimes orders are wrong, but they fix right away. My... issue is usually I get ice when I ask for no ice via the app. I do not like ice, it waters drinks plus I get brain freeze ????lol. However, even when they are understaffed everyone is so pleasant and sweet. I come almost everyday, because the app givesyou 1/2 drinks and I?m a driver so this is perfect. Not ONCE has anyone had an attitude even when they?re super busy. We arehuman things happen, but how you fix an issue says a lot. Plus CUSTOMER SERVICE goes a long way. Great management. Concept of this franchise is great. The location by the George Bush Intercontinental Airport sucks at customer service. We... ordered chicken tenders. That's all. Imagine a 15 min wait with one other car at the Drive-In. AND we had to ask forsauces+napkins. I asked for 2 sauces and the server didn't even bring back the right ones. 1 ranch and 1 special sauce can't bethat hard to follow. Read more

Horrible experience tonight. We asked for shakes and they said they were cleaning the machine that if we?d like to wait. so we... asked how long would it be and she said she doesn?t know. The person just started. So of course we ask well how long does itusually take. She said 20 minutes and we decided to wait. She then proceeded to ignore us while we waited on the drive throughover 5 minutes. She purposefully ignored us so they wouldn?t have to make our order and have to clean again. It was not evenclose to closing time. So disappointed we had to drive off after not getting a response. I don?t understand why they shut downmachines an hour before closing. Ridiculous. Read more

Honestly don't know how much crack people have smoked for this location to have this many stars. Everytime I come here, I have... to get someones attention through the box because no one says anything, or I drive up to the window and order. And even if youget lucky enough or just wait the 15 minutes it takes for someone just to take your order, you still have to wait 15 moreminutes for the food and God forbid cars be in front of you. Also tell your people to stop telling the cars " just a second " ifthey're literally going to take 10 minutes to get back on and get your order. Hard to figure out which location worse, yall orLee rd and 1960. Update. Went to 1960 and Lee location after this post. They were much better than experiences I've had before.Hopefully they keep it up. Got my food quicker than the whole time I was at will Clayton location just to place a order. Read more

I just got a cold brew here in Angleton... and also got an ice cream and was going to add it together when I got home. I got... home and tasted the cold brew and it tasted sour... I got a French vanilla with caramel and it was the worst coffee I have everhad... I also bought the chocolate one for my Husband and his also tasted sour... I spent like $20 bucks for 2 coffees and 2 icecreams and it tasted really bad... I was so looking forward to having a nice treat too ???? And I also saw that if you boughtit on the app it was supposed to be 1/2 beverages... but it was $4.69 that I paid for each rt44 beverages... is it $9 bucksnormally for this size??? ???? I am truly disappointed with my experience tonight... I was able to pick one place for a coffeedrink and I chose this over so many others... and I am so sad that I did ???? UPDATED REVIEW 06/27/22: I regularly visit location & order the same thing-a grape cream slush w/Nerds. More often than not, I... end up paying for the Nerds & not get any. I just went there (10:40 pm) & the ice cream was out of service so I ordered aregular slush w/Nerds. Receipt in hand, I mentioned to the young lady (brown curly-ish hair) about my lack of Nerds last time &asked if I could get a credit on my current order. I guess she was having a bad day bc she sighed in frustration & went backinside to adjust my ticket. I don't understand how it's my fault they screw up my order all the time nor will I understand thelack of customer service kids these days provide in some of these fast food establishments. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I waited at thedrive through for a while & no one ever took my order so I moved to a stall. They immediately took my order but then tookforever to bring it out even though it was only 2 ice creams, one of which didn't even fill up the cup. Read more
