This place has slowly went downhill over the past year. They are super slow even when they are not busy. They can hardly ever... get an order all the way correct. The night crew doesn?t understand customer service nor do they provide it. They need to workon getting this place back into shape. Read more

Ordered 2 Blast and 2 milkshakes, the blast had the toppings on top only. I put the spoon to the bottom of the cup spin it until... I pull the spoon back out to check if any toppings are throughout the blast and it was all ice cream and the topping that weresprinkled on the top. This was on both blast, and I paid of extra toppings just to get a cup of ice cream with toppings only onthe top of the blast. Not very happy and this has happen on multiple occasions. Read more

First I hate the fact that I don?t remember the chicks name that brought out my order but she was AWESOME!!! This review is... solely a reflection of one of the other staff members there. My hope is that it gets the attention of the correct person thatcan AND WILL take necessary measures to remove the tall white guy with the beard and glasses that has bead teeth. The things Iwitnessed him saying to another customer along with the the blatant disrespect he showed towards me as well as what I was toldby two other employees when I inquired about the situation with him. Service was slow and rude. The entrance area to the bathroom was covered in cigaret ashes and smelled terrible. Clearly the... employees use this as their smoke room. As I was taking my child to the bathroom, an employee walked out of the kitchen areawith a vape pipe hanging out of his mouth. Doesn?t give me much confidence that he wasn?t doing that in the kitchen. Read more

It's gotten much better as far as service but many of the drive up screens are broken. I had to pull in & out of 3 before I... found one that worked...& this was WITH the direction of an employee telling me which one to drive up to. And the ones he wasdirecting me to were also broken! I have to ask them not to burn the kid's meal burger but I get my food much faster thanbefore. Read more

Literally writing this review as I'm waiting 10+ mins for a bag of ice. That's it. That's my WHOLE order. Nobody in line ahead... of me. Nobody behind me. Maybe 3 orders in the stall. 10+ mins of sleepy Sunday purgatory in this Sonicdrive-thru. 1 bag of ice... ???????? Read more

I?ve given this location chance after chance. Today was the absolute WORST! I placed a mobile order at 7:11, it is 7:47 and I... still don?t have my food. I?ve called twice to check on it. The first time I was told that it?s coming out. The next time?what?syour order again? ! I?ll make it now. This is freaking ridiculous at a fast food restaurant. I could have been at a full servicerestaurant and gotten my food by now. Do not go to this location! Poor unacceptable service. Read more

It?s ok. At best. Service and staff are all right depending on which shift you catch. But it?s mostly just kids looking for a... job. They?re not too enthusiastic about service but they do get your food out to you. Read more
