Friendly service, fresh ingredients, and "Extra Bacon" is always an option?????
First timer the Overall experience was good.
First time here and I had the Italian sandwich with a cup of chicken pot pie. And it was really good both the sandwich and the... chicken pot pie... the only thing I wish they would have gave me the option of toasted or not toasted because they automaticallytoasted the sandwich and they're Italian BMT doesn't have as much meat on it as Jersey Mike's... Customer Service was not great. The cashier had an obvious attitude when I asked for separate bags for 4 different orders. I... told her "thank you" and she replied with an "uh huh." I asked if the snacks were already in the bags for the kids meals and shestated "yes." One order was incomplete after I checked. I told her "thank you" after she gave me the missing snack and shereplied with an "uh huh" again. A "you're welcome" or "have a nice night" is the appropriate response. I not only pay for afresh meal, I pay for people to be courteous at the least. Read more
