I place an order for 2 can dine through the drive thru. We I got home less than a minute away the food was cold to touch. The... fries had been reheated by being placed back in the grease they were cooked in. I took my order back and informed them that thechicken wasn't fresh and the fries were reheated, and requested that they remake my order. Yvette the manager stated I shouldhave told them that I wanted my order cooked fresh. What? Are you kidding me? Your order should be made fresh anyway, correct?So after she continued to tell me what I should have done I asked for a refund. She said well it takes 20 mins for freshchicken, I told her yes that's what I asked for when I came in, but you continued to tell me what I should do next time so justgive me my money back and I'll go somewhere else. She issued the refund then put on the receipt, I didn't want to wait. Really?No ma'am. I suggested that to begin with, I was willing to wait, but your attitude changed that quickly. So I asked her tochange that statement and she refused so I didn't sign it. The customer wasn't in the wrong this time. I asked for her name andthe area manager's name to file a complaint. Read more
Went in today and was met by a really sweet young lady named marissa! She continuously apologized for the wait that wasn?t even... too long, and was super kind to my family and I! She made sure my order was right by repeating it back to me multiple times andmade sure we had a Good experience. Definitely deserves a raise for her great customer service! Read more
Every time I go through the drive thru, its busy yet fast. Both times we recieved chicken that wasn't fresh. Understandable... when it's not that busy. They're clearly sacrificing quality for speed. I enjoy Popeyes every once in a while. I would enjoy it more if they had fried okra. This location serves pretty good food, also... has pretty good service. This location seems to have good management, even though they do have a high turnover of employees.They have always gotten my order right, and the food has always been good. Biscuits sometimes are a little dry, but taste great.Their fried chicken is wonderful, but this visit I tried the flounder sandwich, and it was very delicious. Read more
I placed a Door Dash order. My order arrived with half the items missing and one of the boxes open. Since it is less than a mile... from my house I returned the items to popeyes. I asked for my order to be corrected and all of it remade, since the box was openI did not feel safe eating any of it. This was a tall order for them, the manager was acting like she did not understand myrequest. I like popeyes but they can't get your order right to save their life.
