They stop serving white steam rice at 830 pm and refused to cook anymore. Honestly, they do not know how to make steam rice... anyway. Its hard and not edible. Most of the time I have eat under or around the hardness. The orange chicken is good. But notthe Steam Rice. Read more
Food was edible service was not great but no complaints would not eat there again.
It was my first day eating at this restaurant and I had the worst experience, I do not understand how they can have such bitter... people and without desire to do things, the manager of this restaurant is a person without professional ethics and has no ideaof what customer service is, The other people also serve you very bitter without any kindness to customers and I was watchingthe way they treated other customers and they did the same way, the owner of this restaurant should be more attentive and traintheir staff before serving in a restaurant line as this is, people without kindness and without charisma should not work incustomer service. I do not recommend that you go to eat in this lousy place, I recommend first look at the reviews and you willrealize the bad comments that this restaurant has. Read more
Instead of enjoying my food I actually spent half of that time spitting out hard rice.. I never really had a bad experience at a... Panda Express until today.. This place is absolute trash, my first experience was really good they filled my to go order with the appropriate weight of... food, I went a second time and feel like I got totally ripped off. I got the shrimp with beef and only had 3 pieces of beef witha ton of veggies which I said I didn't want, as for the noodles I got a scoop that filled half the bowl. I asked the employeelast time I was here they gave me my money's worth. He replied we have a set portion so I then asked where is your scale you cannot tell what weighs what without a scale he replied with no answer. I feel totally ripped off I will never go here again. I just had the most pleasant exceptional experience ever with Gabriel after coming here for over 4 years. He was so attentive... and not rude or abrupt. I am very pleased with his performance he should be given a manager position just because he handlespressure very well as well as knows how to make the customer feel appreciated for choosing Panda Express. I?m not the type of person who writes reviews but , me and my coworkers always come to this panda for lunch me myself or any of... my coworkers have never had an issue until today I got beef broccoli and something didn?t taste right the broccoli was soggy.Ihate to do this but someone needs to do something about this before we get food poisoning! Went back and told them about thebroccoli and beef and gave me a new entree of the same thing! I told the employee if I could have a different entree I wasn?tcomfortable eating the same thing. Came back to TRY and enjoy my food and realized that the rice also smelled rancid and justlooked funny. Called them and told them and I asked for a refund at this point I was grossed out and had lost my appetite. Thegirl who answered the phone was not only rude but they informed me that they were not able to refund me back my money becausethey had already given me a entree. I asked for a new bowl and they also told me they couldn?t honor me that either. I?m am veryupset on the poor customer service this fast food place offers.
