Kids were hungry so we came here Halloween night 2022 after trick or treating. They were trying to give me the wrong order at... the pick up window so I explained to them my order. There was some confusion & I knew something was wrong. The manager came tothe window a few min later & accused us (in a very rude tone) of already picking up our order and trying to get the order again.We were like what??? Are you crazy? Handed her the receipt & she laughed that it was impossible because the recipt said we paid9min ago. We literally waited 5min in drive thru & another 4 min for her to come to the window. We told her to run the camerasback or ask the girl at the first window because we were joking with her about her costume just a few min before. The girlconfirmed we had just payed. After my husband argued with the manager, did they give us our order. Manager never apologized.Idiots obviously gave our order to the wrong person then tried to accuse us after their workers mistake. I placed and order at the counter and was not given sauce, so I placed an order through the app for our sauce including a pie.... The McDonald's app clearly states that condiments are free. However the "store manager" Maria did not honor my order. Sherefused to give me sauce for my order and was quite rude an abrasive. I would like for some who is above this store manager tocontacte at take this seriously. This store is not honoring orders which is the basis of the food industry, if this can't betrusted why would anything else here be trusted? Are we sure this restaurant is clean? Are we sure that the employees aren'ttampering with our food. Read more
Ordered a Big Mac, Double Quarter Pounder w/cheese, Double Cheeseburger, and a Hot N Spicy McChicken w/cheese. Total was about... $20 and pretty reasonable price. Order did kinda take a while I guess cause it was a pretty big order. But overall it was good! Read more
The last two times we have eaten at this McDonald's we have both ended up having stomach issues. Have been too many McDonald's... locations in the past and this one is very lackluster. They're Big Mac looked like it had been sitting on a Shelf for daysbefore they served it to us. I love McDonald's overall but I was very disappointed by this location. Read more
I walked into the lobby as I do not possess a car. These times have been hard on us all. I have $6 in my pocket and I was DENIED... the ABILITY to place an order in the lobby. Apparently the lobby was closed to customers but the door to enter was opened andavailable for patrons to enter. The logic was that the lobby register was closed and they were unable to take orders. They didask if I was paying with card (I wasn?t) and continued to tell me that I was ?standing in the lobby, not thedrive-thru?. Basically they closed the cash register to get ahead on closing and somehow were unable to figure out how to takea lobby order using drive-thru register. Read more
If there was a zero star option I would have chosen that. If you desire a quick pick up for curbside I'd recommend going... someplace else. Ordered via the app for curbside. Waited 15 minutes before calling them asking where my order was. The lady saidit was coming out. I waited another 5 minutes before going inside to see where my order was and to ask for my money back. The onduty manager continuously ignored me. Saying the store manager was out of the store and was on the way. She continued to ignoreme. It was another employee who called the manager to explain the issue. I'm thankful for her. Since name badges are not a thingthere I didn't get her name. An order that should of taken at the most 10 minutes of a wait ended up taking nearly 40 minutes. Iwill not be returning to this location. Read more
This place will kill you I ordered chicken nuggets as you can see my chicken nuggets fell on the floor the young lady bent down... to pick up the chicken nuggets she handed them to the young lady in the back the young lady in a bag had gloves on the younglady who touched the food with the gloves on that was in the bag proceeded to grab the new nuggets with the same gloves on fromthe food she was just handed that was on the floor be very careful he will drop your food on the floor without washing theirhands to throw something away this place will give you food poisoning. The person working the front register he never washed hishands after ringing up people food taking their money and go and fix food he was touching food without washing his hands nastynasty nasty. When I seen this the young lady tried to give me more nuggets with the same gloves on that she was just handed thenuggets from the lady in the front that from where the ???? chicken nuggets was on the floor I said I don't want those you haveto make me more chicken nuggets yes she tried to use the same gloves to get me more nuggets from where she was just handednuggets that was on the floor without washing her hands or changing gloves after I brought this to the attention they all atmediately begin to wash their hands imagine if the lobby was closed and it had to happen you will go home eating food fromsomeone that touched something that fell on the floor and acceptable will not return Read more
Nice McDonald's location. The floors were clean. The only knock against was the tables not being wiped down. All of the... tables looked like they hadn't been wiped down in a while. Outside of that, no issues at all. Read more
