Walked in the McAllister in Humble and 2 young ladies were working the registers, while a young seemed to be talking to both.... When we finally were called up to order, the cashier was playing around with her phone and the young man, I had to repeat myorder and she then reached out to grab the phone from the guy. The gentleman at the counter didn't greet me. I had to speak first. The sandwich I ordered was a Memphian. It was horrible. It... was just thrown together. Very messy and not very good. Customer beware. This McAlisters is secretly overcharging customers and when caught red-handed they will not give a refund for... their mistake. The pictures show where the digital board is saying a chicken cesser salad should cost 9.49 before tax but whatthey charged was 11.69 before tax, that's $2.20 they are STEALING. They blame it on updated pricing but your telling me thatthey can't update a "digital" board?? The price has been changed according to them for a couple of weeks, that's plenty of timeto update a pricing board that can be changed in a matter of seconds. Read more
I called in an order and the employee read it back to me perfectly. By the time we got the food back, there were several... problems. The only salad in the bag had no dressing though I requested an extra and it was confirmed. The bag receipt even showsthe extra dressing (below) The drinks were not what we ordered?totally screwed up. This was an order for four people, notfourteen. How was this so messed up? Then upon returning to afford then the opportunity to make it right, I was met withrolling eyes, sighs, and attitude. The salad and dressing were given to me, but why have such an attitude when I wasn?t atfault??? I had to drive, in heavy traffic, in the middle of my workday to have this corrected. I got the club sándwich and it was very tasteful! I love this place. I took my mom and at first she was confused, but after she... saw what I ordered she was amused. She ordered a potato to be on the safe side, but said next time she will get a sandwich. Read more
Nice, clean restaurant. Conveniently located and east to find. The service was good and the restaurant had a steady flow of... customers. Good was well made. The pick two options was reasonably priced and the portions was delicious and filling. Would havegiven 5 stars but for the dirty plates. Would've preferred paper packaging or recyclable plates.
