The kfc off of 1960 and Aldine Westfield humble, horrible. I'm not going to lie I think the young lady was hella hi.. probably... that's why she was confused and dazed all around. It's always empty here I new better but the Popeyes across the way was packedI should of went to church's chicken. The food tasted soo old the grease was beyond needing to be changed, I ordered a two peaceI couldn't eat nothing crunchy , the pot pie has bones, I was super confused, the wings I asked had hair and a wing had nochicken inside , it was basically just dough with sauce. The only thing good was the fry's , even the mashed potatoes was brownwater . Just horrible waste of money, and I called the manager he said bring the food back.. sir im already off of 59 freeway.He don't apologize for inconvenience im passing by feeding my kids as I continue my commute , not trying to back track because ucan't manage your associates accordingly. Worked across the street from here at Popeyes back in '95 when I was 15. Manager used to bribe the chicken delivery guy too... come to our store first. Offering full meal, together orders, even unloaded our order for him while he ate. What the managerwas really doing was opening the orders for this KFC right across from us and peeing in their chicken orders. I was 15, didn'tknow any better, so I kept my mouth shut. Always check your order and receipt before leaving this location!! Either they forget something from your order or they... overcharge you for something you didn?t get. If you ever wonder why the place is always empty compared to the Popeyes acrossthe street just read the reviews. Read more
I've been coming here for the last 8 years. I usually order on line then pick up. The people who work here are super friendly... all the time. The food is always very good. Any complaints I may have are for the KFC corporate office and not this store. Iwish KFC had better deals or a loyalty program.. Thats all. Other than that this particular restaurant is very good. I was told the food was okay. The service my dad received two weeks ago was horrible. Let me not forget to mention this has... happened twice. (SMH) The KFC team at 3130 FM 1960, Humble, TX 77338 decided to give him 8 pieces of chicken instead of the 12pieces ordered. We spoke with a Hispanic dude who was the manager on-site at the time. His appearance was really nasty lookingwhich turned me off from the food all together but my dad had just drove a while to get KFC for my mom. When we got home, thekids ate first which left my mom without. The manager offered to give us the four pieces of chicken because after all, our mealwas only short four pieces of chicken. I explained to him the inconvenience of driving back to their store and he seemed to notcare. He did not let up on giving out anything extra for the inconvenience. I asked for the store's area manager contact information and I reached out but she did not answer nor call back. Her name is Crystal, if you are ever having an issue with thisstore. Not sure if she would be much help. All KFC's need to be shut down anyway. That's just my opinion... And with servicelike this, they will be. Keep doing what your doing Humble. Read more
Customer service was okay I may give them another try my breast barely had any meat on it I was able to get a cup of ice for... free with no charge when fast-food start paying $15 an hour I'm getting me a job at fast-food for $15 an hour some young peopledon't value the job when you're young the job at fast-food is supposed to prepare them for the real world when I was young and Ihad a job at fast-food it did prepare me for the real world Read more
I went to pick up a meal for a family of 4 I ordered their big meal, thinking it would feed everyone....... Not even close... because they filled my bucket on the bottom with the smallest pieces of chicken I've ever seen. We were still hungry went toanother restaurant. Photos will show you size. Read more
