Here they almost always get my order right (one time they forgot my bag of breakfast jacks, but that's on me for not noticing... they were missing too) great service, even at night. Food always hot and fresh. If they drive thru is too apcked they may askyou to move to the front but it's so they can take everyone's order on time and they bring it out to your car. Really bad service, they cheated me on my app order, I paid for it. They told me it never showed up but I got charged for it.... Went on there website and sent a email to there corporate office in San Diego. Update: Corporate office in San DiegoHeadquarters got back to me, they said it will take 3-5 days for my refund to go thru. All in all, this is not the place youwant to go to, I went thru all this trouble to get my refund and they never did anything to make it right to me. It?s not worthall the trouble you will go thru to eat here and have them mess you up. It?s not my fault they charged me and didn?t want togive me my food because it didn?t show up in there system. They could have gave me a free jumbo jack and I would have forgavethem and it?s the thought that counts. But they don?t give a $#!t about you here. I recommend not wasting your time. Read more

I recently ordered a Burger combo as well as a large curly fry through the drive-through. I was asked to pull forward and wait... with the other cars waiting in front of the restaurant as most fast food restaurants do when they're busy. A worker ran a bagout to my car in a reasonable amount of time and I went home. Upon opening the bag I discovered I had not received my order butan old order that must have been there long enough for the food to go completely cold. The top of the Burger bun also seemed tohave a couple of gray circles so I decided not to eat it. When I called the restaurant and asked to speak the manager I was toldthe manager was not in. I insisted I needed to speak to the food safety manager or the food safety manager certified employeeon site. When I explained I had received the wrong food and there might be something wrong with the food she seemed dismissive. Also the receipt that gave me as unintelligible, So I wouldn't be able to go back for a refund anyway. Read more
The food was good but the service was subpar. I can't recall how many times ordering here is a hassle. For starters the line... usually wraps around the parking lot, so their speed is not that great. Second, once you've ordered, paid, and received yourfood; you're most likely going to be missing a few items or get something wrong with the order. I completely understand thatworking in the food service industry is not easy, so I have complete respect for the work they do and I stay respectful duringthe entire process. But this particular location needs some help. I'm constantly saying this. Every time I go there, I hope thatthey improve. I know no one is perfect but I just hope that this location can get revamped throughout. Read more
