I went through the drive thru on November 1st at about 9:30pm. I ordered a nuggets meal with curly fries ,lemonade and 6 tacos.... Everything was old and stale the nuggets were grey my daughter and I couldn't even eat it. I tried to call them that night andno one answered,so I emailed corporate and still haven't heard anything yet. The old stale food is still in my fridge with thereceipt because I want my money back or my food replaced.These fast food worker's really have some nerve to hand you Greynuggets and stale fries with old tacos leaking with grease right after they basically take your money. Morning staff is extremely rude. Went to this location this morning asking for Bryan/Brian (who I was told to ask for on my next... visit, due to the print machine NOT working properly to redeem rewards) who I was informed was off for today but that with himbeing off they people there could assist me. I tired to explain what happen but due to the person on the headset not being ableto understand I asked if it was okay if I pulled around. I?m doing so they woman stated yea and as I came to the window shelooked like she may have been coming from the lobby or so other area. She walks to the back of the kitchen to get someone so Iask the name of the person she goes to get and her name (Jasmine and Carol- whatever she said) I again tried to explain to themwhat was going on and Jasmine comes to the window with an attitude at 6:48-5:50am (ma?am if you hate your job or don?t want tobe there resign) proceeds to say well uhm Bryan ain?t here so I don?t know. While Carol is at the register laughing. I thenleave and call the store not once but 6 times because the first time the answer didn?t say anything and hung up 3 times I gotthe fax and one where they answered say hello and hang up before I could say anything and the last time where they answered andI was able to ask if they were individually owned or were they a franchise, then proceeded to tell me a franchise, and I askedfor corporate number or if they had a corporate number, and she said no, and hung up in my face. This is not the first time I?vehad a issue but it will for sure be the last. Most certainly. I?ve bought the first issue to Bryan?s attention a few months agoand now here we are back at rude customer service. It?s no one spot you took a job and fast food and you don?t enjoy what youdo. You can always resign and go find you something else if you have the qualifications to do so. They are so rude anddisrespectful. Read more

I had a great experience tonight with our drive through. The employees tonight were very nice, informative, and prompt. Keep up... the great work guys, even though we had a large order, they were on top of everything. I will definitely be back. Read more

Night staff is extremely rude. Did a doordash order from here and I had to go back bc the lady reorder and they kept telling me... that they didn't have it. So I had to keep coming back to check. I had to go through the line 4 times just for them to beginyelling at me like it was my fault. The first time I went back I asked for the order and he said it was picked up and I said Iknow. He asked me in a very condescending tone "so what you asking me for?" They are so rude and disrespectful. Read more

Worst jack in the box I have ever eaten, half of my stuff was missing on my chicken tater melt, got the wrong fries and the... sandwich itself... I don't know what they did but the chicken was just awful and tuff to eat. Avoid this location at all costs,and I will never be returning to this location. Read more

I work in a restaurant full time and I understand it gets hectic. That's no excuse for wrong orders. Especially in a fast food... joint. It is NOT a hard job. Just make the order right and don't make the customer pay for employee stupidity and laziness. Iwon't he back here any time soon unless there is a complete staff overhaul. Read more
