Okay, I've had small issues with this Jack in the Box before. Either long waits late a night, which is fine. Or their occasional... computer is down also at night. But not even on the 23rd of Oct at 12:05 in the evening I never had a drive thru yell at me myentire life! I was just waiting for a response at the menu for a minute. I was only seeing if I can get their attention by justsaying "Hello?". I suddenly receive a horrible response with "WE KNOW YOU'RE THERE SIR! YOU DON'T HAVE TO YELL, OKAY!" From somelady "Screaming" at me! I didn't even raise my voice. I'd just took off mad. I'm never coming to this Jack in the Box again!BTW, y'all better clean house with who ever runs the midnight shift! I so miss the Kingwood location! Read more

Less than mediocre. Fries hot, but soggy and not salted. Chicken nuggets crispy and hot, but unseasoned and tasteless. Burger... did not have a hard sear on the patties and was a bit pink on the inside. All in all it seems neither the burger nor the friessaw enough heat long enough to cook them properly. Service was friendly and accommodating, but given the poor food quality, Iwill not be returning. Read more
Good food, excellent value for money!
Watch out for this place. They false advertise. The lady was extremely rude and ignorant. I tried ordering the munchy box at... around 12 a.m and they charge me 8 instead of 6. Telling me. you want it or not. Stay clear and don't let them rip you off. Read more
The facility was clean, I was helped right away, my food was hot and the sandwich was great.
I took my family here tonight 9/8/21. This was the worst food i have ever eaten. The oil needed to be changed the food looked as... tastes horrible. I wrote to main headquarters and sent them photos this is ridiculous and all the management wanted was for youto move ihave other customers she said. I will add photos. Read more
Stopped by here on the way to IAH the service was a little slow, don't go here if you're in a hurry. And the soda machine was... slower thant the service. Something definitely wrong with the machine almost gave up and asked for water. It was out of a lot offlavors as well. They definitely need to work on this location. Read more
