This happened recently. I used the drive thru and it was a male speaking. It took them a while to answer the drive thru. He was... very dry and unprofessional. He acted like he didn?t know what he was doing. I ordered a meal. When i get to the window theygive me my food but forgot my drink. He charged me for the meal but did not give me my drink. I HATED this location. They made me feel uncomfortable and never had my drink or things correct.... then I met PAULA and IVAN.... They in one trip were so efficient and friendly I will come back. Sunday I drove by to get my taco fix. I ordered on the app my food was hot and ready. The employees we very kind. My tacos were... really fresh and crunchy. I usually don't go to jack. But when I do. I always get the chicken pita! Good and healthier choice! :::update::: the only... reason why I'm giving jack a five star rating is because there one of the few that stay open 24 hours a day and serve lunch orbreakfast anytime of the day and they're not whataburger slow on top of it. This store cant open on time. Last Monday and Tuesday. 15 minutes pass 6am . Store still closed. So as today and... yesterday. Might as well put up a big sign on the street saying we r closed please go to the Donut next door for all yourbreakfast needs! Read more
