Went here 3 times over about the last month and everytime it's something .... Either I have to wait out front for way too long... when I didn't order much or they're missing random menu items or just plain don't give me what I ordered ( and with an app thatthey can clearly read doesn't help them). Not to mention the surly workers who act like it's an imposition to do their job orgod forbid smile. Read more
They always forget to give out napkins and usually never give out sauces unless you ask. Sometimes it seems like the employees... just don?t care. For some reason this location is so slow as well. All I can say is at least the food is good, we still returnto this location. Read more
Absolutely disgusting. Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered tacos. 6pm. Came out cold. Sent them back. Replacement was hot but... tasted terrible due to old grease in fryer. Come on I know you can do better Read more
Fries, cold. Burger, cold. Cashiers can't do simple math...10.00 - 9.60 = 0.40. Not that I would have minded. Would have told... them to keep it if I would have even been offered my change. For a few years it would alternate with Atascocita for best or second best JiB that Iever found. Now, sadly, it's above average, good but no longer great. ???????????????????? Great service and food. Clean andwell managed and maintained. One of the best Jack in the Box locations. I am a fast food junkie, regularly eating at fast foodestablishments. Although some brands are usually better than others, I have found much more difference between differentlocations of the same brand, rather than between brands, across the board. Consistency over a long period of time is verydifficult to find because of the frequent personnel turnover. It is critical to have really good managers on site. If I owneda franchise I would definitely have a very well-designed reward system in place, to ensure that both individuals and teams wereproperly rewarded for their outstanding performance. Good loyal repeat customers are the crown jewels of the fast foodbusiness. Read more
They must have been overwhelmed, they were having drive through drive around to the other side & then I had to go in to get our... food. The sweet ice tea was NOT sweat & had no ice. They also told us that the Monster Taco was not available anymore. Then Iget a reply from Jack in the Box & am asked to go to the Website so "we can connect" but that doesn't do any good. I couldn'teven finish all the steps of questioning. If the "Owner" wants to connect, make it happen easily. Read more
