I am never returning to this location and looking at the other reviews I can tell it's not just having a bad day. I went through... the drive thru today at 4 pm. The person taking the order said "give me a minute" and didn't come back to take my order for 6minutes. There were no other cars in the drive thru. Out of Coke Sprite and Dr Pepper? When I got to the window to pay, thecashier didn't even acknowledge me for 4 minutes and when she finally did, she was extremely rude. Food was not hot, curly frieswere burned. So disappointed because this has been an ongoing issue at this location. Won't spend money here again. Read more

first i am a doordasher and when i get orders here, there is always a problem. either i drop my order because it takes 20... minutes or more, or i haven?t even been helped. but last night i wanted to give it a try for myself which was a horrible mistakeon my part.i ordered for carry out and i know how long they usually take so i waited 30 minutes to go and get my food which islong for a fast food place. when i arrive the lobby was closed so i go through the drive thru. the lady who is rude from thestart says they aren?t taking anymore orders. i proceed to say i have a pick up order and she cuts me off and says she is theonly one at the store which was definitely not the case, there was another lady back there with her, but continues to says shewon?t be making our food. she said you can cancel the order, so when i looked to cancel i couldn?t. at this point my money wastaken out of my account and i had no food!! after talking to someone in the parking lot they had me come in the store to figureout the situation. we walk in and my order is on there screen? so seems to me they just didn?t want to do it. i said they didn?tneed to make the food and i would just take a refund but the guy that helped me made the food as the girl clocked out and wenton her way. overall HORRIBLE PLACE TO EAT AT!! NEVER again will I return to this location! Service is awful and the girl at drive thru gave me attitude and was rude to me for... asking for taco sauce after I ordered tacos with no sauce inside the taco for my kids because they don't like it. But I askedfor some taco sauce packets and she told me with her attitude "But you said no taco sauce?" Me: "Yes, no taco sauce inside thetaco, but I do want some taco sauce the packets" she then asks someone inside for permission and gives me taco sauce with anugly face attitude. I guess they charge you for taco sauce? Because when I was ordering the lady that took my order told me adifferent amount due ($$) it was more than when I drove up to the window and pay it was a dollar less than what I was beingcharged at first. My guess is that they got mad because I asked for the taco sauce packets. So be careful when they charge you,they might be charging you for the sauces and condiments. You give me attitude and be rude to me after I asked you nicely, thenI'll give you attitude and be rude to you too. Sorry not sorry. Read more

Took long time for the cashier to take our order. We Ordered some tacos and lettuce wasn't fresh. Only 3 employees in the... restaurant. Soda machine wasn't working (no carbonated) so was flat soda. One of the employees stop at our table and asked if everything ok? We addressed the issue and she made us some fresh tacos with fresh lettuce OC. First and last time at thislocation. Read more

Update: I have had no luck with the telephone number on their website (voice mailbox always full), but I took a picture of the... for hire number. Update: I have had no problems going through the drive thru. Food was still hot when I got home. Although thetacos do not look appealing, they are actually quite good. The Sourdough Swiss Jack has sauces, bacon, swiss cheese and a beefpatty but despite having no lettuce, pickles, etc., it is also quite good. I like both the regular and curly fries. The starrating is based on the drive thru. I have had no luck ordering delivery through the app. I've tried 3 times and all 3 times theorder was cancelled after about an hour of updates saying everything is fine. Obviously, if I were to rate delivery, it wouldget zero stars. This review is for the restaurant on 1960 close to West Lake Houston Parkway. Read more

The food is great but the reason I rated the restaurant at 3 stars is because I just witnessed the manager named Patricia... talking very rudely to a nice employee for no reason. The employee was talking to Patricia and Patricia was talking over theemployee and waving her off telling her to "Go over there". I don't care who you are nobody deserves to be spoken to like that.I plan on later, sending an Email to the company because this honestly bothered me. If she talks like that in front of customersI can only imagine what she does when the customers aren't around. Read more

The service is absolutely trash at this location, they need a new crew. I was the only person in the drive-thru, I only ordered... 1 sandwich (no combo) it took 15 minutes to get my sandwich. When I started to order the crew member decided to goof off with acoworker over the headset before taking my order. Plenty of food came from the kitchen not sure why, no one was in the lobby.Overall, staff is rude, slow and quality of the food needs improvement. My entire order was wrong..even after I repeated twice! My kids burgers were not plain, has the works put all over them. Mine... was the same, my burger was NOT as I ordered. I paid $20 for 3 burgers and 3 fries and they managed to mess up everything butthe fries. WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION. Read more
